












I designed this page on Weight Loss because being overweight is in
FACT a Health Problem. Being overweight allows for more toxicity to
be stored in Adipose Tissue (Fat), it overburdens the heart to
circulate the blood.
Before Reading this page, the Reader (that is you), needs to
understand that in order to lose weight and heal your body, you first
need to rid yourself of false ideas that have been programmed into
your consciousness from Birth.
Digestion is not about Proteins, Carbs, and Fats that are calories and
make us fat. Digestion is about how we digest and assimilate the
world and the foods we eat. We are digesting a lot more than food.
We are digesting and assimilating everything we encounter.
Digestion and assimilation are not the same thing. One could say
that digestion is the theoretical functioning of the body and its
organs to break down food.............and that assimilation is the
theoretical functioning of assimilating nutrients into the cells of the
body that make up your bones and everything else. Your actual
Digestion and Assimilation could be impaired. Your Stomach, your
pancreas, your liver, your small intestine, your colon could all not be
functioning optimally and thus your body will daily be malnourished
and toxified. For it is very simple...EITHER YOU ARE DIGESTING
AND ASSIMILATING PERFECTLY AND PREVENTING DISEASES, OR
YOU ARE NOT AND CREATING THEM.
There are certain therapies, dietary principles, and Digestive aids
that allow for a quickened detoxification of accumulated wastes OF
THE PAST.....and a quickened strengthening and recovery of the
Organs and thus the body into the future. Weight Loss should be a
secondary concern, for what is more pertinent is to bring back the

body as a whole, because it is toxicity and malnourishment that
LEAD to DISEASE, thus Diseases are preventable.

and prevent all disease. To just want to lose Weight is Vain. To want
to heal yourself is the only way to really lose weight. Otherwise you
would be mortgaging your health for your looks, and which do you
