| Carbon Water Filter |
| This filter is derived from a patented process combining a highly compressed solid carbon block with activated carbon derived from coconut shell compressed with high pressure. Its high density, 0.5 microns on average, can effectively absorb unpleasant odors and many kinds of hazardous contaminants such as chlorine, sterilized water, chemicals, residual pesticides and heavy metals. Water, after passing through this filter, has passed the NSF/ANSI No. 42 and No. 53 standards. This process results in the cleanest water containing natural soluble minerals and meeting safety requirements for dinking water. The filter retains good microelements indispensable to our health, such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the reduction of Chloramine, Chlorine, Taste and Odor and Nominal Particulate (Class I). Certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of Asbestos, Chlordane, Lead, Mercury, MTBE, PCB, Toxaphene, Turbidity, Cysts and VOCs. Attention: The safe operating temperature is 41°F~100°F The water supply should be tap water Do not reuse the discarded filter Replacing the Filter The filter's capacity varies depending on the level of contamination and the type of contaminants in the water resource of your locality. For optimum performance, it is recommended that the filter cartridge be replaced when the first of the following occurs: The filter has been in service for a year The filter's capacity reaches 1,200 gallons (4,540 liters) The flow rate diminishes even after cleaning or replacing the ceramic candle filter The filter becomes saturated with bad tastes and odors |
The Advantage of Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium for Human Body |
| The 'i WATER' Drinking System is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for the reduction of Chloromine, Chlorine Taste and Odor, and nominal particulate reduction, class I and Standard 53 for the reduction of Asbestos, Cholrdone, Lead, Mercury, MTBE, PCB, Toxaphene, Turbidity, Cysts and VOCs. (Volatile Organic Compounds). * The influence of HADO is in all JAPIN Products, often in conjunction with iWATER. |

| Ceramic Candle is used to by British Royal family The first step to guard against hygiene Our Ceramic Candle Filter is British-made with a fine microporous structure. NSF performance testing results indicate that this filter forms a barricade against particles. This includes 99.99% of Escherichia Coli, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonells and Klebsielle pneumoniae. The filtration efficiency rates against particles over 0.9 microns, particles of 0.5-0.9 micron and particles of 0.2-0.5 micron are 100%, 99.99% and 98.99% respectively. NSF test results show this innovative filter meets the NSF Standard No. 42 Particulate Reduction Classes I which ensures hygienic drinking water quality. The filter is replaced every 12 months or whenever it fails the ceramic filter measure standard, as instructed in the installation documents. NSF (National Science Foundation)The Public Health and Safety Company™ “NSF International helps protect you by certifying products and writing standards for food, water and consumer goods. As an independent, not-for-profit organization, our ongoing public health commitment is to encourage everyone to live safer.” - http://www.nsf.org The NSF was established with U.S. government support. During the last 60 years it has worked on certification of professional standards such as “Standard Establishment, Product Certification, System Verification, and Educational Training.” JAPIN's i WATER Drinking System is the first energy active water system in Taiwan and Asia accredited with NSF certification. Every component, the hose, O-ring, fitting, inner and outer filter cylinder and filters must all meet strict specifications. This is the ultimate quality assurance for the i WATER Drinking System. NSF's recognition coincides with JAPIN's insistence on product quality for more than ten years. This recognition also assures you of our commitment to bring good, safe water to every consumer.
