Water and
air are essential to our beings. When we go into nature, we feel our bodies
relaxing and our lungs expanding and taking in fresh air. When we go back to the
city, our breathing becomes very shallow. Our bodies don't want to inhale
polluted air. Or drink contaminated water.
Can
you drink 64 ounces of tap water? Chlorination makes tap water safe to use, but
it can also react with organic compounds to produce toxic substances. Nearly all
tap water supplies contain large amounts of active oxygen and high positive ORP
(Oxidation Reduction Potential) values.
Is
bottled water healthier than tap water? In a four-year scientific study,
NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council)
tested more than 1,000 bottles of 103 brands: a third of them were found to
contain contaminants such as arsenic and carcinogenic. Yet, bottled water is so
popular and available almost everywhere: the bottled water industry enjoys
annual sales of more than $35 billion worldwide.
What
about the cost to our society and environment? Manufacturing those plastic
bottles cause huge toxic emissions and consumes more than 250,000 million
barrels of oil. Also, considerable number of used water
bottles end up as litter, taking approximately 1,000 years to
biodegrade.
Can
you taste life in bottled water? Life is always in motion. Once water is trapped
in a plastic bottle for weeks and months, it looses life energy.
Your
body will recover a natural thirst for living, electrolyzed water.
