| During your first Colonics Session, with your nationally certified and accredited and locally certified and licensed Colon hydrotherapist, certain questions will be asked to you. These questions are to help determine the functioning of your colon, the amount of waste impacted in the colon, the functionality of all other organs, the amount of toxicity of the body as a whole, and how you can best use the treatments. Colonics can give a benefit if you have just one, because they provide much needed purified water that makes its way into the circulatory system more direct rectally than when you drink. But Colonics are best used in conjunction with dietary changes and digestive aids. The amount of treatments you need depends on the situations you may or may not have with your intestines. The way to determine how many treatments you need is to ask how many (COMPLETE) bowel movements you have per day relative to the amount of times you eat. A complete bowel movement is when you feel as if everything has come out. It should be soft and well formed. you should have one for everytime you eat in a day. Any less indicates that there is old fecal matter plastering the walls of the intestines and int he folds, which impair the peristalsis (muscular movement) of the colon, which create sever more constipation. Then the other organs cannot clean themselves and the body is reabsorbing its own toxicity. Thus it is imperative that one use colonics with dietary changes until they see the desired improvement in their bowel function. By helping the body to detoxify itself one allows for the cells to detoxify and become more nourished which helps one lose weight if needed and prevent all diseases. |
