Full Training
Week long consultations include cleansing
and detoxifying; gourmet, exotic raw foods, feeding your
family or guests every evening if you wish; skin brushing,
daily yoga or exercise, and learning the ins and outs of
a raw food lifestyle. We work together with you to tailor
the training session to fit your needs and lifestyle.
We begin with an initial phone or email consultation to
determine your needs and provide you with a menu and shopping
list.
The 5-Day Full Training includes:
• 3 meals daily plus dessert

Fundamental Training

Getting Started Training
• Learn the basics of raw foods including soaking and sprouting.
• Get an overview of the best organization for your kitchen.
• Discuss your and your family's daily needs and design
a program with that in mind.
• Choose 16-20 recipes (depending on their complexity) you
would like to create within your program from breakfast
foods, snacks, salads, pates, quiches, lasagna, pizza, dips,
crackers, breads, pastries, desserts, and more (menu provided).
• 3 meals per day plus dessert plus
• Dehydration techniques. We will load your dehydrator with
crackers and snacks to be harvested later by you.
Total cost for 2-day Basic Training: $1200.
Traveling fee and accommodations extra if outside the
South Florida Area.
