| Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be responsible for the cost of the treatment. The only exceptions are emergencies and require verification, such as documentation. Prepayments will be forfeited without proper cancellation. If you have not prepaid, and it is your first appointment, you will be expected to pay the cancellation fee prior to making another appointment, otherwise you will not be able to make another appointment. This is to protect the interest of the therapist who sets aside their time for you when you make an appointment. Thanks |
